Body Scan Meditation

When teaching Meditation, I conduct a guided Body Scan in one of the classes. My students have requested I record it so they can listen and perform the scan again at home. So this 30-minute Body Scan is offered to all visitors of our website. Feel free to listen to it and share with others! To prepare, you'll want to find a quiet, comfortable spot where you will not be interrupted. Headphones might be useful.
