Refund/Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, refunds and exchanges are only allowed for unopened or refused merchandise. If the original package has been opened, we cannot accept it in return or exchange. If there is a defect in a product we will gladly send a replacement. Please call the Cards by Anne office at 1-888-766-7761, within 7 days of purchase date, to discuss refunds, exchanges or replacement.

Order Cancellation Policy
Please submit any cancellation via email to, or call the Cards by Anne office at 1-888-766-7761. Because we ship out orders as quickly as possible, mostly within a few hours of receipt, please contact us as soon as possible regarding an order cancellation. Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been shipped out.

Shipping Costs
For returns or exchanges of unopened packages, the customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement products are shipped USPS (1st Class) unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.

Warranty Procedure
90-Day Warranty
All products (unless specifically stated otherwise), carry an implied 90-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by Cards by Anne.

Out of Stock Policy
The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the printer or distributor. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you, first by phone and then by email, if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number. Some items on our website are not stocked in our inventory. We will be happy to special order these items for you in a timely fashion. Most items of this type ship within 3 weeks.
